Associazione Intavolando

What is ‘Intavolando’? It’s a group of friends, restaurateurs in the Pedemontana’s area, that since 1996 have chosen this name to represent their own restaurants.

‘Intavolando’ means to put on the table; in fact this is what these restaurateurs do: they put on the table and bring their experience and their professionality, combined with the devotion and the passion for their job.

But ‘Intavolando’ means also to begin, to start, meaning to accomodate and start a dialogue and a real lasting relationship with all those people who choose to taste the dishes prepared by these restaurateurs.

The menus of ‘Intavolando’ are created ad hoc following the desire of the guests, by valorizing the products and the typical dishes of the enogastronomic culture of the territory, but also by always experimenting and creating new dishes for a continuous professional growth.
