Graziano and Sabrina will be happy to tell you how it became Prosecco Merlo, you will have the opportunity to taste their wines in a beautiful country house of 1650, the oldest of Cavaso. The production area of Prosecco Merlo is located at the feet of the Dolomites on the hills of Asolo. The average altitude is around 250 meters above the sea level. The good temperature and the particularly generous climate allow us to produce an excellent Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
