Experiencing and appreciating a good wine is a pleasure and an act of culture, awareness and gratitude towards the land, its fruits, its growers.

In Nervesa della Battaglia, since 1986, Francesco Serafini e Antonello Vidotto, winemakers and farmers, grow their vineyard according to ethics, looking for taste, following the rythms and rules of a compatible and intelligent agriculture.

It is from the attentive work in the vineyard that the quality of wine is born: mature and healthy grapes, right plant density (about 6 thousand plants per hectare) and low yields, more or less a bottle per plant.

Here, Serafini & Vidotto gave birth to Il Rosso dell’Abazia, becoming the most acclaimed Cabernet interpreters in the North East. And then Phigaia, Pinot Noir, Il Bianco, Recantina, Incrocio Manzoni, Prosecco and Bollicine Rosé.

It is from the essential principles guiding the production of Serafini & Vidotto wines that Bollicine of Prosecco Docg was born, superior to every expectation. For several good reasons:

– an optimal terroir for the cultivation of the vine: great traditions and favourable exposure;

– a lower yield, and therefore the best;

– a rating of merit, the Superiore” appellation, supreme as all Italian wines;

– evidence of facts: colour, scent, aromas, bouquet and taste of a wine that does not fear comparisons.
