Venti3 Piazza Marconi

Venti3 Marconi’s Square is a project begun by the Capretta’s family some years ago, selecting in the Prosecco’s hills the best grapes for the production of the Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco superiore.

The evolution of the processing of the Prosecco has been synthesized in their tag Venti3 Marconi’s Square.

Since the times of their grandparents where it made the fermentation in the wood barrels passing then on the bottle and up to our days with the new technologies of “spumantizzazione” (or rather to transform the wine in sparkling) to be able to introduce a product with an elegant perlage and a pale yellow which brings up by the crystal goblet.

Venti3 is the civic number, Marconi’s Square is the square where is found the center situated in the center of Valdobbiadene heart of the Prosecco superiore d.or.c.g. where the ‘door is always open’ for tasting the specially products.

The firm produces approximately 20.000 bottles among: sparkling wine extra dry, brut, dry “millesimato” and fizzy. These are the appreciated products both from the national clientele and from international clientele.
