Don't call it Prosecchino!
Do you have the idea of drinking a “Prosecchino”? Something not so valuable?
Actually, you are wrong! According to the guide ViniBuoni d’Italia, in fact, at the head of the pyramid of the most qualitative white wines in Italy there is the Cartizze e Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive. A wine which expresses the tradition, history and culture of its land.
The “capital” cities of Prosecco are two: the eternal Valdobbiadene, and Vidor, which produces every year more and more quality bottles.
The DOC area includes 6.500 hectares of wineyard, 183 wineries which produce almost 80 million bottles. The medium quality is high, especially thinking of the quality/price ratio. It is a great quality wine, a wine for every occasion.
